We offer group obedience classes in Rathdrum, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Please call to reserve a spot, space/availability is limited.
Additional classes such as Advanced Obedience and Specialty Class are not posted on the general upcoming class schedule. Additional classes will be posted as scheduled.

| All obedience classes are 5 weeks long and include an introduction class. During the introduction we go over: The lesson plan, different training techniques, training equipment and the basics of how dogs learn. Not everyone will choose to train using the same method, some clients choose to use food rather than praise and so on. We give you the choice! *All puppies and dogs must be current on vaccinations (DHLPP/Bordetella) in order to enroll in group classes.
Puppy Kindergarten (3-6 months) $75.00
Our Puppy Kindergarten class covers basic imprinting and socialization skills. Course content also covers puppy behaviors, effective communication and learning how to correct typical puppy problems you may be experiencing around the home such as; biting, chewing, jumping up, pulling on lead, nuisance barking and potty training. This course is excellent for anyone who wants to learn how to communicate better with their puppy and of course, some homework is needed. We do offer multi-dog discounts... team up with a friend for added savings! |
Basic Dog Obedience Course $85.00
Our Basic Dog Obedience class covers sit, down, heel, come, place and free commands, along with building command hold time and distance. We work on commands for entering/exiting a door, loading into car/truck and basic hand signals. We go through the different stages of learning and show the correct way to add distractions and start proofing. This basic Obedience course also includes normal behavior problems within the home... house breaking suggestions, normal barking and jumping up. Anything out of the ordinary, be sure to ask during class so we can give you a few avenues to remedy those too. The ideal age for Basic Dog Obedience is 7 months, unless previously passed our Puppy Kindergarten or equivalent.
In this course, you will be able to achieve a fundamental level of control with your dog. You will learn to communicate effectively with your dog thus creating a tighter bond. This is a properly structured course, each week you will be taught a series of new exercises, which you will need to practice over the week to become proficient. In this manner you will achieve clear objectives in your training, through simple yet effective means. We do offer multi-dog discounts... team up with a friend for added savings! |
The Advanced Course is designed to prepare for CGC, AKC Obedience Trials and general Advanced Obedience. $85.00
At All Breed we keep our classes small. We do this for several reasons... we want to make sure all of our clients get some one on one attention, and that all of your questions get answered. Too many times in larger classes, clients have a tendency to get lost in the crowd... with All Breed that won't happen!
No Stay!! We teach differently from other trainers in that we believe one word equals one command. If we say sit, it means sit until we give the dog a release command such as "free or okay". We don't use the word stay as it's not needed. We like to make everything very black and white for them, always setting them up to succeed, it's fairer and is less frustrating for the owner as well. We cover this concept during our introduction and have recommended reading materials for further information or research done on this training technique. |

We believe in continued training as well as giving our clients the most bang for their buck. Our Pro-Plan Membership offers unlimited classes for your pet at a discounted rate. This plan gives you full access to Puppy Imprinting, Basic Obedience and Advanced Obedience classes and the opportunity to join in any upcoming class should you desire a refresher for your pet.
